Dranuncula vulgaris seeds

Hello all
I finally got one to bloom and have a seed head. First of all are they self
fertile? I seem to have solid seeds. Next what's the secret to growing them
from seed?? I have gotten seed from ebay before and never had one germinate.
Next Has anyone got the white type Dranunculas they could sell some seeds or
bulbs from? Or know of a source.
