Gottfried Mikuhn's  concinnum has some leaves with the same stripes as =the spathe.

I posted a picture of a friend's plant with the same pattern.  It is in =the Gallery under consanguineum.  Guy Gusman added a correction - he =identified it as ciliatum var liubaense.  

I cleaned a lot of seeds from it and sent them to the AEG exchange this =year, but they rotted.  I then picked some seeds from the ground, and =they germinated well.  Next year I will send unwashed seeds to the =exchange.

The friend who owns the plant is giving a chunk to Kelly Dodson of Far =Reaches nursery in Port Townsend, Washington, so it should be available =to U.S. growers in a couple of years.
