Arisaema urashima strange form

Very cool.

 

It's like a hydra. Maybe it had a hero to fight & needed extra heads. 

Are they emerging from the corm proper, or from attached offsets?

Hi folks:
 
We were digging Arisaema kiushianum last week and found one tuber which had=produced 6 flowers.  I've grown lots of arisaemas, but have never run in=to anything like this.  You can see the image below. Any thoughts.
