They were grown from corms started in May. They have been manifesting a =healthy, turgid, dark green foliage until recently, when I notice that =some of the leaves are becoming black along the edges (but still =remaining turgid).
Is this blackening due to the precipitating temperature -- nighttime =temperatures are now dipping into the mid-40's (2 weeks ago, it was =still warm enough to be plagued by mosquitoes).
At what point should I bring them indoors? where should I place them =relative to sun requirements (east or west)? I soaked them 7 days ago -- =what moisture state should the soil remain in while indoors? will they =enter dormancy spontaneously from the precipitating temperatures or from =indoor conditions? do I need a humidity hood? (I feel like an =inexperienced mother of a newborn!)
P.S. -- I am told that I am having amazing beginner's luck.
