Thanks and I'd love to hear more about both intentional and
unintentional interspecific arisaema hybrids.  Because arisaema are so
difficult to flower from seed for most folks, we may have missed out on
many potential crosses that never reached flowering size.  It also could
be that some arisaemas simply use other species pollen to set seed
without becoming hybrids...some type of partial apomixis.  When I first
started breeding arisaema, I would get excited if seed were produced.
No, it's only after seeing the hybrid flower do I know for sure that
I've got a hybrid.
