E-mail Carolyn F. Fitzgerald at the USDA for the current instructions. S=he
will tell you how to get the permit for "small lots of seed" and the
labels. The latter must be sent to Eric with your order so that he can us=e
them to send seeds to you.
They've made the process more complicated in 2008;
"Please note the following on your ePermits account:
After 180 days with no login, your USDA eAuthentication password
will expire.
To use the system again, you will need to unlock your password.
After 400 days with no login, your USDA eAuthentication account
will be disabled.
To unlock your account, please contact the eAuthentication Helpd=esk
at http://www.eauth.egov.usda.gov/eauthHelp.html.
For technical assistance, you may contact us via:
Phone: 877-944-8457, option 1 - US toll free
E-Mail: ATAC at aphis.usda.gov"
However Carolyn is most helpful in getting you through the hoops.
