tuber dormancy question

I realize that this post comes a little late, but I also have had the sam=e
trouble with ten tiny a. urashima tubers that I received via mail. They h=ave
been dormant for quite some time and I am unsure of why that is. 

Any luck getting your's to break their dormancy?
