I am sure it is Pinellia Pedatisecta, very nice and healthy clump
indeed !
Dracontium has the spathe under the leaves, Heterophyllum is much taller
and the spathe looks like that of Tortuosum.
You will see that the seed spike isn't separated from the
inflorescence wall,
the seeds are green when mature and each seed has a light double
membrane as capsule.
Not surprised you got it by mistake , I also had many Pinellia tubers
before getting
the right plant.
