Dear friends:
This mother-daughter nursery needs time to catch its breath. To make that time, we will stop accepting small mail orders until further notice. We regret this change, but something had to give.
To work, our nursery must either get much bigger or get smaller. For now, we have decided to make it smaller. We reserve the right to change our minds.
In taking time out, we won't stop growing wonderful plants. Far from it.
We will also continue to welcome visitors by appointment.
But we plan to put more energy into realms we have been neglecting: family, friendships, travel, garden design, plant study-tours and our display garden.
If you have an order confirmation number from us, or a gift certificate, we will honor it. Of course.
-From today, however, our minimum for new orders to be shipped is $350.00 ~ Canadian dollars in Canada, American dollars elsewhere.
This will probably reduce our sales to a speck scarcely visible with an electron microscope. We did consider stopping shipping completely.
