Tubers rotten/Arisaema griffithii

[Bonaventure Magrys]

Anyone have luck growing this species after receiving a mature dormant tuber? I have given up after my fourth purchase. Stored dry, cool or at room temperature, they go soft.If they survive dormancy, after being potted or planted the slightest bit of moisture makes them rot.
