To order from Chen Yi is an unusual experience.
You get a number of plants and quite often they are wrongly named.
Not so that you get something cheaper - often it is more exotic.
I once ordered  Lilium henryii and got my first Lilium rosthornii - =
nearly unknown in the literature.
Then I ordered a second rosthornii and got Lilium lijiangense - even =
more unknown.
The last unintentional but welcome aquisition was L papilliferum.
The plants come very well washed and sometimes with roots trimmed off.
This means that they sometimes are difficult to establish.
O the whole it is worthwhile provided one is prepared to nurse the =
plants on.
Some genera travel badly Gentians and Primulas are diffiult.
Roots and corms go better.
To call the naming poetic is probably poetical jusitce :-)

remember the air freigt is nearly as expensive as the merchandise.
