Oh, we bring home bulbs and seeds from Europe and put them right on =
our customs card in the plane.
Where have I been? I've been to Europe and back! Thanks for asking.

As a recent joiner to the list, this conversation has made me =
wonder if ordering seeds from Seed-X is worth the trouble - though I'm =
sure the resulting plants are unique and fabulous.
Just as a thought, the group could simply send someone from the =
U.S. to Europe to get the seeds and then the seeds could be mailed =
within the US.
I would, of course, volunteer to be the courier.

Hello All,

here and they are not in agreement. I didn't quite get who all are, but ==
US Postal service and PPQ were mentioned. As it stands, at least for LA ==

She directed me to Bill Wilsella (sp?) her team leader, at 301-734-0755 =

which did not come in my permit packet (she is now sending it to me). =
That enclosure has directions for mailing plant quarantine materials =
under permit. I won't understand how this relates until I can read it. ==
I have a hard time understanding the whole process, but what I am =
getting is that this whole thing is in a mess. And Carolyn said it's =
going to get worse.
