Ray? I'll ask my wife (who is the computer maven) about whether we =
can do anything to assist with the problem you have getting other than =
Plain Text. You are the only person on our list of about 50 =
correspondents who has this problem with us. We have Windows XP, =
updated for the most part, and with automatic updates from =
Microsoft--except that we don't have Vista installed, as there are still ==
too many bugs in it., according to the people she has checked with. =
Also the blue background is simply puzzling to me--so I'm going to ask =
about that. Will ask about the =20 and other stuff. Sorry if it's ==
giving you troubles.

Me? I am basically ignorant about computers and must rely on what =
she knows --who learned on a mainframe--and keeps up with much of what's ==
needed to run a PC or the machines at the library. Regards, Adam Fikso ==

Just so you know, her emails do not arrive blue in my mailbox

the = 20 is on them however.

Susan,

See your message below. Apparently it came un-fixed. Set it again =
to plain text.

Although you can't see it in this copy, your message now has a =
blue background. That couldn't happen if it were sent in plain text.

Note that Adam's E-mails suffer from the same problems and the =
shade of blue is identical.
