Ray? I'll ask my wife (who is the computer maven) about whether we can =
do anything to assist with the problem you have getting other than Plain ==
Text. You are the only person on our list of about 50 correspondents =
who has this problem with us. We have Windows XP, updated for the =
most part, and with automatic updates from Microsoft--except that we =
don't have Vista installed, as there are still too many bugs in it., =
according to the people she has checked with. Also the blue background =
is simply puzzling to me--so I'm going to ask about that. Will ask =
about the =20 and other stuff. Sorry if it's giving you troubles.

Me? I am basically ignorant about computers and must rely on what she =
knows --who learned on a mainframe--and keeps up with much of what's =
needed to run a PC or the machines at the library. Regards, Adam Fikso ==

Susan,

See your message below. Apparently it came un-fixed. Set it again to ==
plain text.

Although you can't see it in this copy, your message now has a blue =
background. That couldn't happen if it were sent in plain text.

Note that Adam's E-mails suffer from the same problems and the shade ==
of blue is identical.
