A. taiwanense? I don't think so

Have some 2nd season plants from seed purported to be of A
taiwanense.(Not AEG seed but a california source).  The plants are
obviously a sinarisaema type though with very broad leafets, but the
central leaflet emerges vertical rather than reflexxed downward.  I
assume that since the downward turning is a characteristic of this
species that it will also be present in these small plants.  Is this
likely a correct assumption?
