Thank you for starting the Arisaema seed-X question.  I am wondering how =the seed mailing is going to happen this year?  Will there be a general =US address for which to mail to from within the US which will then be =mailed to Da Nederlands, or does each contributor need to apply for the ='Small Lots' certificate, and if so, does everyone have to apply for the =certificate whether mailing within, or without the US?
