A copy of the permit, including the conditions (three pages total), must=
accompany each shipment. The permit does NOT have to list every taxa bu=
t can indicate "all acceptable taxa." Remember to include the green and =
yellow address label that directs the seed to a port with inspection fac=
ilities (in my case JFK airport).
