To all interested in applying for the 'small seed' permit for the AEG
Seed-X,

You may get faster results when applying for the small seed permit by goi=ng
directly to the Gov. site.  This site opens up with a warning note where =you
may begin the application, here:

Will there be time enough to apply for, receive and send the permit via
either online application or particularly, snail mail, after the seed cho=ice
list is posted since it is necessary to indicate varieties on the permit?
