I tried repeatedly to open it in AOL (I also use Mac OSX)   but never saw an
icon in the body, and AOL kept freezing up. However, when I used Safari, the
icon (coffee cup) appeared and the key opened as soon as i clicked on the icon.

I'll never understand these damn   things!
