Not a typical viral infection, in my estimation,. Sectorial, such as =
one sees in the common philodendron houseplant, and probably built in ==
to the germ plasm would be my guess. If it's not happy where you've got ==
it...transplant it? to better drainage.?, add some pea gravel?

Well. since posting photos doesn't sem to be breaking the system, =
check this one out.
It's been in the garden for three years, shows essentially the same =
pattern each year, but is gradually fading away. Only one leaf this =
year, and hasn't flowered since the first year here.
