I just received my Messenger at your recommendation.  I have not read the
directions yet, but don't you spray it on the foliage?  Can it be used as=a
drench too?  Since I'm having problems with tubers, what should I do?

I'm glad you mentioned this again, I've been meaning to ask you about it.
