My seeds arrived OK here in Indiana (USA). I don't know how much longer =we
will be so lucky.

It is possible to get phytos for seeds in some countries, and most
exporters now pool small seed orders to ship into the USA under one phyto
to an agent here. Rachel Saunders does this for her commercial sales of
Silverhill Seeds -- she has a brother who lives in Chicago.

It is possible that someone in the USA who regularly receives seeds witho=ut
proper documentation will find his name on a watch list. There are
significant fines they can levy also, and the fines are against the
importer in the USA. I can't afford that possibility over the long run.

Some of us who have to have good relations with US Customs and with the
USDA may have to drop out of "illegal" seed exchange systems.
