Hello all-- I received an empty envelope with the information the the see=d
contents were in violation of 7CFR 319.37. ( No phytosanitary certificate=.).
Contents were opened, inspected, and removed  at O'Hare --U.S. Customs an=d
Border   Protection.  AGRICULTURE .   We need to get our act together for
next time.   Adam
