Not to cause a huge fight or war on the discussion group over the laws.
I believe a good system could work and should be used but I have found
out just about anything the government does it not easy it usually takes
time money and after all the red tape it still fails miserably. We
cannot get Arisaema seeds into the country but every day hundreds of
people come into the country illegally. This is just ridicules. My 2
cents on it
