The AGS and the SRGC are still sending seed, and using the batch mailing=
technique. The restrictions on the importation of seed have been on the=
books for some time but have been being actively enforced for the past =
two years or so. The main problem is that many people do not know about =
the rules...and don't bother to check before deciding to import. Moreove=
r there are many who do know about the restrictions and ignore them...at=
their own risk.
