Arisaema question

Good question Henry: Red is attractive perhaps to us, to others it may be
and often is, a warning color--meaning "Don't eat me!".  Once I read
somewhere that the berries are eaten by something,but cannot remember what.
I may do an Internet search.  Adam Fikso in Glenview, IL.   USDA Zone 5a.
