>I thought people might like to hear about the increasing popularity of arisaema cultivation in Scotland. We are seeing more and more species exhibited at plant shows. For the first time at a Scottish Rock Garden Club show an arisaema - A. wilsonii - took the Forrest Medal (top award in show) at Aberdeen today. At the Scottish Rhododendron Society show a couple of weeks ago in Oban A. asperatum took the prize in a class for companion plants.
