Sometimes the server goes down (more often). After the summer vacation

I forgot to copy the files, so that had nothing to do with the
webserver. 
Be aware that the file has not been updated sins Oct. 2002. Additional= 
remarks are welcome. I will add a link to the Kaichen combination
pictures 
that I got from Duncan (McAlpine).
