Things are a little slow here lately, I am at fault as much as anybody.
Just to share, last summer, perhaps late June, I dug up two clumps of our==
native A. draconitum growing at my parents house, where I had planted th==
em more than a decade ago, to move to my current home. These were placed==
in plastic bags and left there for the time being. Well, I didn't get a==
round to planting them right away, and the bags were placed under some fl==
uorescent lights. I later figured I would plant the tubers when they wen==
t dormant, by fall. Anyway, they remained green....and still are green, ==
even recently throwing up a flower and looking happy as can be. As we ju==
st got more than a foot of snow, maybe I will get them in the ground by n==
ext Spring....
