Dear all
I live in the north of France(Z7)and I have a small arboretum of =
2,5ha.My interest is principally for new species from China.Among my =
latest acquisitions,there are styrax =
wuyuanensis,tsoongiodendron,melliodendron,tapiscia chinensis,corylus =
fargesii,cyclobalanopsis augustinii,chimonanthus =
salicifolius,cathaya,stauntonia brachyanthera,cephalotaxus =
oliveri,torreya yunnanensis...
For a long time,I was only interested by trees and shrubs. But now I =
cultivate too woodland perennials;I have some hundreds helleborus, about =
40 species of arisaemas, most without name or with a false name from =
ChenYi,6 hardy strobilanthes species,chloranthus,cyclamens and other...I ==
am particularly interested by arisaemas because all other shade species =
flower either in spring or in the fall ,when the trees have no =
leaves, only arisaemas flower in summer under the trees...
My introduction is brief:sorry,I do'nt speak english..
Xavier
post-scriptum:if any member has a surplus of arisaema seeds or bulbets,I ==
can send in exchange seeds of the rare magnolias schezuanica and =
fujianensis or ilicium henryi..
