moving arisaema

Good morning:

I will be moving house and garden to a new location over the course of the
next few months.  I am under no particular pressure so I have the luxury of
moving the plants at the best time for them...

Is there a rule of thumb for moving arisaema?  If I needed to keep any in a
pot for some time, is that advisable?

I don't have anything exotic really, and most of my collection has come from
our seed exchange.
