A quick ID question

Hi from Ireland :) I wonder if somebody can tell me who BL is? I have =grown Arisaema consanguineum 87-BL-172 from one of our seed exchanges =and want to list it in the Royal Horticultural Plantfinder book, but =they have requested the ID of the mysterious BL.
