tuberlet revival (was Arisaema hybrids)

Some further clarifications on the matter:

Tubers and tuberlets that do start growing in the refridgerator are safe.
Triphyllums stored in the summer always seem to want to start after about 4
months for me and tri's dug up in fall and stored in the fridge longer for
concurrent blooming with summer flowering Arisaema species always start
"pointing" in early April. My engleri does this in March. This shoot
elongation can only be slowed down but not halted by keeping refridgerated.

Its the ones that never start to show signs of awakening that are the
problem. No shoot after 4 months, 8, or 12. These then have high
mortalities when planted out.

I dunno Adam, maybe I keep them too dry during dormancy. Seems a great
percentage of 1st year bulblets seem content to stay dormant for me
indefinitly. 6, 8, 10 months - nothing. When planted out or potted, kept
barely moist or wet, many just stay that way until they fade away.
