Help: RUST

WEell, Ray: I'd do it if I had lots of triphyllums, or even a lot of
infected ones. However, This was an invitation for others to get together
and do something and report.
I'm at the end of triphyllum season here, although a few have not yet dried
up and have some green on them. A small group of 5 in a dark wet area, in
heavy clay soil, have what might be rust of some sort (not necessarily
ari-triphyllii rust) showing between the spots that have been eaten away by
some kind of insect. And one, although only about 6" tall, has a few very
small seeds, already bright red. These will get an aspirin drench--and I
will report,. Also, I will try to germinate the seeds to see if any rust
carries over.

Had not done my homework on the archives because I didn't know how to
negotiate them and didn't have a password until recently.
