There is a very low incidence of legionaires disease when using potting
soil. Even though I am 75, I don't see the need for gloves and hand
washing. Incidentally I am a bacteriologist, and truly I wash hands when =no
one else does. Somehow I am fatalistic about it. If I am going to get it,=I
will. That goes for the rest of the gardening deterents. Can't worry abou=t
