Firstly,
Many thanks for the seed that arrived today.
The Arum & Pinellia triparta var atropurpurea which I'm very happy about,
came through intact but our Quarantine Service refused entry for Arisaema
ciliatum because there was "Fruit Pulp attached".
I can't contact them today but will keep trying to plead for them to "remove
the pulp" and let me keep the seeds. What's the difference from the pulp
being removed overseas or in Melbourne where they can destroy it themselves,
I ask myself!!!
Just one of the problems we encounter in OZ.
However it doesn't take away the wonderful service you guys give to we
members from the Antipodes.
Warm regards,
Malcolm Thomas,
Melbourne Australia.
