Well they're not exactly free anymore. Your viewers would have to endure an
endless stream of ads. Yahoo is one that comes to mind, but there are others
I understand.

I believe AT&T Worldnet offers a limited free website if they are your ISP.
Probably others do as well. I just never bothered.
