I have been there on a testing day some weeks ago and have not seen any
Arisaema but then it was far too early climatic-wise spoken. If you go to
the Utrecht Botanic Garden you will find lots of them. It is some 30
kilometers from Amsterdam downtown.
May be that Eric Gouda can guide you better. Eric ?
