Triple Arisaema photos

I have no way of identifying it myself, but I'll ask a question to help
others identify it.....

Does it always flower like this or is this it's first flowering?  Basically
trying to find out whether this is a mutant flower "just this once" or
whether it is a stable species/cultivar that always flowers like this.

It certainly is different!!
