Cannabis does this too. Its an annual but clonal stem propagations can
prolong this. Grown on and exposed to short daylength they may switch sex
dependent on nutrition/stress levels.
Who is it that relayed the story of a Japanese grower who stomps on his
female Arisaemas so they come up male next year?
