I have always thought that CITES is the same to all countries who signed =the
'Act of Washington'. So no different rules for EU and USA.
I doubt that restrictions for importing different Arisaema in England als=o
apply to these importations in -say- Holland.
It has always amazed me that the British were -only a few years back-  so
'easy' when it came to importations of wild-dug Orchids from China that t=hey
even did not asked questions. European legislation ?
This spring I was sent a few Arisaema's from USA. No problems whatsoever =but
I had to pay the Health Inspection people who came and inspected the tube=rs.
It was a lot of money.
