It sounds a lot like this - this was like a VERY miniature version of
consanguineum and definitly not black flowered. When I find my floppy I'l=l send
the jpg to Gouda's ID page. (heres a portion of my log):

12/2/99. Tuber 5mm. Wrapped in moist paper. In loosely closed plastic sh=opping
bag on cellar floor. 1/04/00 signs of pointing and rooting. 1/27/00 poin=ting
with 1cm roots, potted with paper still around bulb only opened up and
loosened. 2/16/00 in grow case under halide. Shoot ~

=BD". Shoot 2cm above soil
, no signs of black (as opposed to A-39 - positively no mixup on my par=
t)
2/24/00. Looks like cute little pale green erubescens in miniature now,=
less
than 2" tall and flower not yet open, put on livingroom windowsill 3/1/=
00.
Definitely not black flowered!!! Green with white stripes
erubecens/consanguineum type flower. Many leaflets with long tips, very=
phototropic. All still under 4" in height 3/8/00. Flower faded, leaf =
up to 1"
high, was moved outside next to A-63 on overcast day 3/16/00. Brought i=
n nights
of 3/17 and 3/18 - very cold temperatures, put back outside 3/19/00 and=
none the
worse for wear. Taking it 4/17/00. Unpotted after leaf faded, cured sev=
eral days
in basement, paper wrapped and
in fridge (tuber now 1 cm) 5/1/00. Due for repotting and growth on 9/1/=
00.
