Edible Arisaema

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned that
one common name for Arisaema triphyllum is
Indian Turnip. Supposedly they were a staple
when boiled to remove the crystals.

Of course, I can't vouch for this. I wasn't
in Indian territory -  too busy running from
the dinosaurs.
