I agree, it is definitely one of the most novel Arisaema.  I collected a
tuber of this
species last autumn on a mountain hike in Hong Kong with Shing Lam and it is
currently in bloom.....see

I'm glad the you were brave enough to put yours outside.  I would not have

brave enough to put mine outside.
