Seeds for AEG / using a Web Form

I hope it will be possible this year to produce a Web Form (selection list)
with all the information about the seeds and origin of the seed producing
plants (I know I did ask before).

It has some advantages:
- we do not have to contact the donors directly for more information (donor
provides this information once, included with the seeds or by email)
- we do not get seeds that we do not want, which causes others to get less
seeds (we already have 132 members on Arisaema-L not counting the members
without email - how many are that Ray?)
- we give all seeds a unique number, so that identification information can
be provided later, if necessary
- after submitting the web form, an email message with the selected seed
numbers (in standard format) will be send to the seedex manager (including
post address etc.)
- we could even include pictures (if available) of the clone the seeds came from


I am willing to produce this web-page in our password protected area and
make it possible to use Check Boxes for selection. I already made a page to
give you an idea how it works.

Of corse, the non email members has to be handled in the old way.
