Cleaning seed

Adding to Brian's post, I recommend using a Tea Infuser rather than a
strainer.
(I mistakenly said Tea Caddy in a previous post. That's a wooden box -
not really useful).
The Tea Infuser is a double-ended strainer that is spring-loaded in the
closed position
so the seed will not be flushed out as you rinse. Squeeze the handle and
it opens for
adding/removing the seed. It makes the job much, much easier.
Tea Infusers can be found in most kitchen gadget stores, many coffee
stores, etc. They
run about $3.
