New books - out of scope

The note which I sent to everyone was provided for information purposes only.    I have forward some of your request to Chen Yi. The orignial note contained her email adderess and she was CC per the original post.

I am not trying to distribute this book.   My feeling is the cost for shipping will be the same cost as the book.  If I remember correctly, shipping is around 9.50 a pound.  This does not include US shipping cost.

Chen Yi has not provided me any  replies pertaining to the subject books.
