Ladies & Gents:
Eric Gouda found a mistake in the Flora of Japan KEY.
The mistake is an incomplete sect. 11 including A. nanum,
and the complete omission of the second section 11
which directly follows the first. It applies to all succeeding sections.
A most
grievous mistake for which I apologize.
I know. I'll get a hundred E-mails saying, "Well! Now I can see why I
couldn't
ID my plant".
I've notified Roy so he'll change the KEY on the Arisaema Page.
If the KEY appears on other pages, it should be corrected there too.
Contact Eric for the HTML versions of both the Ohwi and Murata keys.
If you are correcting your printed document, it should read:
11. Scape 3-10 cm long, apparently lateral; leaflets somewhat
palmate, without a rachis;
Kyushu
...............................................................................................................
A.nanum
11. Scape 15-50 cm long.
Well, we ALL can't be perfect.
Ray
