The ones that I'm referring to are close to us and grow in a flood plain =that
stays quite wet all year. It's been a few years since I've been there and=I
plan to go back this spring to recheck conditions, but I'm almost certain=of
the above.
I think that ssp. stewardsonii is also supposed to grow in very wet
conditions, but I've not seen it in the wild.
