My apologies to everybody who has tried unsuccessfully to send email to
me over the past ten days or so. I have been having email server
nightmares again, with messages being diverted to a black hole
somewhere, unable to retrieve anything. For the moment at least, the
mail seems to be working, and I am switching to a new server in about
ten days. If you have received messages indicating your mail to me was
not delivered, or if you think you should have had a reply by now but
have not heard back, then kindly re-post your message.
